Trans-Manager Fleet Management is a mobile application developed by Reliance Enterprise Mobility for Android users. This free app allows fleet managers to have complete control of their fleet's transactions, no matter where they are in the country.
With Trans-Manager Fleet Management, users can link cards to policies, set individual card rules, and define products, quantity, and frequency of purchase. They can also block and unblock unwanted cards as needed. The app helps manage funds more efficiently by setting purchase frequency, leading to minimum downtime. Pre-defining fuelling locations also helps avoid unscheduled diversions and optimizes fuel costs.
Using Net Manager, users can ensure price advantage on fuel or non-fuel purchases. Every transaction is secured by prompts set on the card, and correct answers alone will unlock a transaction. For trip customers, expenses can be defined on a value (Rupee) basis, ensuring drivers don't exceed trip amounts.
In addition to the existing functionality of setting unique limits to multiple trip cards, users can now increase and decrease limits from the available card balance on multiple cards, giving them more flexibility to operate their trip cards.
